Across the Global Majority, leaders are building organisations in complex political, economic and social contexts often with limited resources, growing expectations and little space to pause, reflect or think beyond immediate demands.
The visionaries is designed to support climate leaders from the Global Majority as they navigate the realities of building, growing and leading organisations. It creates an intentional and safe space for leaders to step out of the day-to-day, think strategically, learn from peers and explore what kind of leadership it takes to build organisations that are locally rooted, sustainable, effective and fit for the futures they are trying to create.
